Recently ordered Fish from Snappers...Horrible! Fish was soggy, unseasoned and with some unknown type of breading that was coming off. Don't waste your time buying their fish, go somewhere else.

Nope! Not good at all! I ordered Conch which was not very tender. Lately, I've been on a mission to find great fried conch. This is not the place to go. My food wasn't terribly greasy like the other reviewers but it was very short on flavor. I prefer to squeeze a little lemon juice on and eat it that way but I had to add ketchup and mustard in order to add some kinda flavor. Conch needs to be tenderized but I don't think they are aware of that part of the process because this conch was tough and chewy. The fries were greasy and the wait time in the drive thru was way too long. I don't mind waiting if my food ends up being worth the wait but MAN what a disappointment. I have been struggling to find good fried conch without having to take a long distance drive all the way to Homestead or Key West. I'm still on the hunt so suggestions are welcome!

Late one Friday night I am craving fried fish and call up a good friend of mine. Next thing I know I am on the way to Miami to Snappers Fish & Chicken. Oddly enough I've driven by this place before, but never bothered to stop. I now know why. There is a drive thru and a walk up area. I opted for the walk up. I looked over the menu for quite some time and the staff were patient enough to wait on me until I made my mind up. I ordered their fried fish and a side of mac and cheese and fries. It took them awhile to fry the fish. I even had to ask if they forgot about my order. I was told it was almost done and that fish took a long time to fry. When I finally got home to eat my meal, it was high on grease and low on taste. The mac and cheese was OK, nothing special. Additionally, it was a small portion. The fries were once again OK and nothing special. To conclude, I wont be back.

3 words: Greasy and Salty. Don't even bother cause you will definitely be disappointed. A complete waste of time... AND money.

The shrimp is off the chain lemon pepper is my favorite. Been stopping thru here for a couple of years. I always make time for it before my plane leaves. Great fish and chicken deals. Large portions. With all the expensive seafood spots, thank you for keeping it real on your prices and service. Ppl who complain about this place are haters. They are the cleanest spot in the gardens

Extremely rude customer service. I came in and ordered lunch with my boyfriend. While looking over the menu, I begin to tell them my order, before I finish talking I'm interrupted my the lady saying "we don't have that!" Frustrated by hungry I continued to order and they didn't have another side (corn on the cob) to which of course I was told them didn't have. By that time I was just ready to go, we got our drinks and they didn't have Lids for them !! Apparently they don't have anything. They won't have to worry about me ever coming back. Salty food anyways

I was sitting in drive through waiting to order when the cashier walked out of building and stood in front of my car, through her hands up and shouted "you gone order or what". I drove up and said to her apparently the speaker is out cause I was saying hello but got no response. She called me a liar. I asked where are her manners, is this this customer service, she said are you gone order or what I asked for a manager or a phone number, she said " you gone order or not. I said no thank you and proceeded to drive off when she shouted by bitch. My five year old daughter was in the car and heard her. Never seen anything like this in my life. Garbage customer service. And she wasn't well groomed to be working around food, smh! I will never eat there again!

Was in the area for lunch, so I had a taste for fish, I decided to go to Snapper 's. I ordered their $6.99 special which was fried talapia, fried shrimps, bread, and fries. Pretty much I was waiting in the drive thru for almost five minutes, since the attendant couldn't get off her personal phone, instead of taking orders and taking the money. When I finally got my order, it was fresh to order, but seriously Snapper's fell off the map, it's like they pretty much like fried the seafood with no seasoning and later applied the season afterwards, like pouring a heap of salt on it. I was very disgusted with the talapia, and I only ate the shrimps. I felt like I wasted my money. They have to get better. it was not enjoyable at all.

Very unprofessional employees. Nothing on the menu was available to order and the cashier was very rude while explaining that. The lady at the drive through window had absolutely no customer service skills. I only went there as a last resort because it was so late at night and I deeply regret it.

This is not my first time here but my first time making a comment. Snappers has some great food. They need to work on that customer service but for the most part the food is great. We had the shrimp and fried conch and it was delicious. You have to watch them on the fries but that is about it. They can get you there but if you check your food before you leave you should be alright. We definitely will be back. Until next time...

This was a good place to eat, but the worker at the window are rude. I tried to call in a big order and they never answer the phone. You have to keep calling thing pray. The seafood rice on the menu is never ready. So I went to place my big order and the lady says I need to call it in! REALLY! I have been calling all morning. Now she says we turned the phone off. So how in the HELL IM GONNA BE AVBOE PLACE A ORDER IN ADVANCE. So I tried calling in front of her and no one still answered the phone. I had to go to the one on7th Ave. snappers on 37th Abe and 183street need to get it together because thy suck

Customer service normally leaves something to be desired. When you're on a budget and craving fried seafood or wings..... They'll do. I guess...

My most recent visit reminded me why I stopped going to this and all other Snappers: you never know what you're going to get. I ordered a tilapia and shrimp combo with double fries (instead if slaw) and bread. The good: 1. The food was hot. 2. The fries had that seasoning I like. 3. They're open late. The bad: 1. The bread never made it out of the restaurant. 2. The fish was as hard as a rock and not even the 3 pounds of condiments could flavor it up. 3. The shrimp and fish seem to have been fried in the same batter and missed all of the seasoning salt they usually put on the food. 4. This place is still open and confusing out of towners like me. I'll stick with Northwest Seafood or Goldie's for my seafood needs from now on when I'm in SoFla.
